Loaner - Professional Loan Management
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Loaner collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the app to manage customers, loans, installments, payments, expenses, collection routes and reports.
What Loaner is
Loaner is an administrative portfolio management tool. It is not a bank, does not lend money, does not broker loans, does not collect debts on behalf of users and does not process financial payments between lenders and borrowers.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, user ID and profile photo when supplied by Google Sign-In.
- User-entered business data such as customers or borrowers, loans, installments, payments, expenses, notes, reports, organizations, team members, roles and invitations.
- Subscription information such as plan status, product or base plan and technical purchase tokens processed server-side through Google Play Billing. Loaner does not receive full card details.
- Advertising-related identifiers that may be processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for free users when ads are enabled.
- Support, account deletion and data deletion requests sent through official forms or support email.
Google Sign-In
Loaner uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate users. The app requests openid, email and profile so it can create or access the account, identify the user profile and protect the session.
Loaner does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or other private Google data. We do not use Google data to evaluate credit, grant loans, collect debts, sell information or run advertising.
Service providers
Loaner may use Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Brevo to provide authentication, hosting, subscriptions, ads for free users, transactional email and security-related functionality.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Some information may be retained when required for security, technical operations, abuse prevention, support, legal obligations or subscription records. We do not claim strict end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption for all app data.
Account and data deletion
You can request account deletion inside the app through Profile > Account and security > Request account deletion. Loaner sends a 5-digit code from Noreply@Loaner.Dreynox.com to the registered email. After confirmation, the account enters a 15-day inactivity period; signing in again during that period cancels the deletion request automatically.
