Loaner - Professional Loan Management
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Loaner as an administrative tool for managing customers, loans, installments, payments, expenses, collection routes and reports.
Service definition
Loaner is administrative software for recording and reviewing information entered by the user. It helps manage loan portfolios and collection operations, but it is not a financial institution.
Financial disclaimer
Loaner does not lend money, broker loans, provide banking services, collect debts on behalf of the user, process payments between lenders and borrowers, guarantee collections or replace legal, accounting or financial advice.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and backup of the information they enter, as well as for any agreements they maintain with customers, borrowers, employees, contractors or third parties.
Subscriptions
Loaner may offer Individual, Team 5 and Team 10 plans. Mobile subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing when available. Google Play manages payment methods, billing and cancellation flows according to its own terms.
Prohibited use
Loaner may not be used to commit fraud, harass people, impersonate others, store illegal content, bypass security controls, misuse personal data or present the app as a bank, lender, credit broker or payment processor.
