Loaner data deletion
Request deletion of part or all of the data associated with Loaner without closing your account. If you want to close the full account, you can indicate it here or use the secure account deletion flow.
Identify your account
Provide the email linked to Loaner and, if available, your username or profile name so we can locate the correct account.
Choose what to delete
You can request deletion of customers, loans, payments, reports, organization data, backups or other registered data.
Receive follow-up
The request is sent automatically to Contacto@Dreynox.com for review and email response.
Data that can be deleted
We can process requests for profile data, customers or borrowers, loans, installments, payments, expenses, reports, organization, team, invitations, notifications, backups and operational data registered in Loaner.
Some minimal data may be retained temporarily when required for technical, legal, security, abuse prevention, support or Google Play Billing subscription records. When applicable, data may be deleted, blocked or anonymized.
